Before we meet
Questions
How far ahead should we book?
Most couples book nine to fourteen months ahead. Shorter engagements are fine if a date is open; we compress the planning.
Why only twenty dates a year?
Because two of us are at every wedding, all day, and at every tasting and site visit before it. Twenty is as many as we can give that attention to.
What does a flat fee include?
Everything we do, from the first meeting to the day. The fee doesn't change if your guest list grows or your budget does. Suppliers are paid directly by you, at cost; we take no commission.
What does held mean?
A couple has met us and we are holding the date for two weeks while they decide. If they don't confirm, it opens again. Ask about a held date and we will tell you if it comes free.
Do you plan destination weddings?
Yes, anywhere in Jamaica. We coordinate guest transfers, welcome events and the day after, and we meet couples by video until they arrive.
How is the fee paid?
Half when you book the date, half a month before the wedding. The first meeting is free.
